JustCBD is a privately owned Florida company founded in 2017, with the belief that CBD is “Mother Nature’s secret miracle”. They have a great website that makes it it is easy to browse and choose your products. Their FAQs page and blog posts make for interesting and educational reading, especially if you are looking at vaping.
Just CBD carries CBD oils, CBD gummies (including sugar-free gummies), protein bars, dried fruit (mango!),bath bombs, soaps, a new product called “jet setter” designed to support your immune system, vapes, vape cartridges, creams and CBD for pets. They carry full and broad spectrum products as well as an isolate in the form of 1 gram of powdered pure CBD.
JustCBD produces CBD from hemp grown in Oregon. The hemp is non-GMO, organic and pesticide free but it is not kosher or considered vegan. The company is in the process of getting USDA Organic certification but it is a long, slow process. The price of the CBD per milligram (mg) ranges from $0.06 to $0.20, which is about average. The company provides a veteran discount and offers world wide shipping. Customer help is limited to a phone number (833-458-7822) and email (help@justcbdstore.com). They also have a facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/justcbdstore/)
Overall, the rating for JustCBD is an 8.9/10. They carry a wide variety of products, their reputation is good and they provide solid information about each product. The lab results are available and match the values given on the bottles. The lab results are accessible through a QR scan printed on every product. Customer service is polite, good and prompt, which is always nice. Their website is searchable.
One point stands out as a “con”.The company structure is not clear at all. They are “DBA Just Brands USA” but only list a UK office in London. Other information made the company appear to be located in Northern Ireland. It doesn’t make any difference where they are located, but it does make a difference to me if you can find OUT where they are located.

There is little information available to the consumer about the company. The company appears to be owned by SSGI Financial Services LTD through only one share holder. It is registered in County Armagh, Northern Ireland with additional offices located in London and Florida. JustCBD is a young company, established in 2017. I was troubled by the fact that I could not find out much about them.
According to the company, “It is our mission and promise to never misrepresent the content of our products. With the help of world-class labs to test our products, we are confident that JustCBD is made with industry-leading quality, honesty, and love.”
Their test results, their transparency and the accuracy of their results seem to support that mission statement. The 3rd party lab reports are found on the same page as the product. It doesn’t get any more transparent than that! There is also a tab where you can find lab results
The results published in the lab reports matched what was on the label, 100.8 mg of CBD by lab testing versus 100mg CBD listed on the bottle.
They tested for a range of cannabinoids, including THC heavy metals, terpenes and residual solvents. They did NOT, however, test for microbial and fungal contamination.
Non-GMO hemp is farmed in the state of Oregon using organic, pesticide free methods. JustCBD uses CO2 for the extraction process.
In CO2 extraction, the CO2 is pressurized and cooled until it reaches what is known as a supercritical fluid state. In the supercritical state, CO2 has the properties of both a liquid and a gas, allowing for the selection of which cannabinoids to concentrate. CO2 extraction produces a product that contains cannabinoids as well as other plant substances such as terpenoids and flavonoids. Full spectrum extracts may also contain some THC.
All products are 3rd-party tested, giving assurance of quality. It assures that what you think you are getting is truly what you are getting. I checked my tinctures against the lab results available and, good news, they all matched! It just required a quick search for the test results on the easy access “Lab Reports” tab. On my bottle of 100 mg CBD, the lab results showed 100.8 mg of CBD. If you prefer, you have the option of using the QR scan on the package.
Here is where JustCBD really shines! Just CBD carries bath bombs, vapes, creams, edibles, oils, protein bars, supplements and gummies and offers a great selection of flavors. The price per mg of CBD is reasonable and ranges from $0.06 to $0.36.
Going through all the products that Just CBD carries is an adventure but it was a well-organized adventure! I found everything I was looking for with little or no trouble. The only “problem” was that there was so much to look at!
It was a very big plus finding that the lab reports were accessible from a number of different places. Tthere is a tab on top labeled “Lab Reports” that directs you to featured reports on chocolates, the Jet Setter CBD infused supplement, Daily Dose, pet treats, pain cream, tinctures, vape oils, honey sticks, isolate, gummies and dried fruits. One oddity there; “doobies” are listed as being tested, but I couldn’t find doobies anywhere on the website. Good search engine, though!
I called customer service sd I always prefer talking to people and they answered all my questions politely, accurately and knowledgeably. I also asked about their doobies, which I couldn’t find on the website. The customer service rep said she didn’t know and would forward my question. I got a response within 18 hours.
Checkout was easy. I checked out as “guest” and the process was smooth and simple. I got a receipt within minutes and the package within days and that is a plus given that I live way, way out in the country!
Opening the box was a bit exciting encountering layer after layer of well-packaged and packed product. No crushed packages, no half-opened packages, just great layering!
The products reviewed included protein bars (‘smores and peanut butter), JustCBD Oils (100 and 250 mg), JustCBD Vape oil, CBD gummies, CBD mango dried pieces and a CBD-infused cream. The company doesn’t go into much detail about what CBD may be useful for and this is not too surprising. The FDA is quite serious about discouraging supplement manufacturers from making any health claims. Occasionally you will see statements like this on the website. “While CBD is not a medical product and there’s no guarantee it can help with medical conditions, studies show that many users report finding CBD helpful for things like pain, anxiety, and sleep.” As an aside, the link they provide did not take you to the best sort of study to refer to. Online surveys are notoriously unreliable.
The 100 mg oil had a graduated dropper so it’s even easier to measure a dose. The child-proof cap was a bit of a struggle but if you have a child around, you will certainly appreciate it! I could have done without the propylene glycol myself. It is Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA and the EU, but I thought it unnecessary. Propylene glycol is generally used as a solvent but is also used as a de-icer. In large amounts, propylene glycol can cause dehydration and can depress the central nervous system. The quantity of propylene glycol in these oils is much lower and the solvent is not likely to cause any problems. As I mentioned, there didn’t seem to be a need for it. The product taste was mild and with no aftertaste. There was no flavor added. The product is full spectrum and USDA certified organic. Besides CBD and propylene glycol, the oils contain vegetable glycerin. The cost is $0.20/mg CBD.
The 250mg oil also had a graduated dropper. It consists of CBD mixed with honey and kosher vegetable glycerine. No propylene glycol! It is very thick and sticks to the outside of the eyedropper. It proved to be just a bit messy, so if you choose this option, be aware of this! It does not have a child-proof cap on it and I am not sure why as this product would be much more inviting to a child! But it is honey and it tasted great! Cost is $0.16 per mg of CBD.
The CBD oils are available in 50, 100, 250, 550, 1000 and 1500 mg of CBD with a price range of $0.36-0.09/mg CBD.
The website doesn’t mention any specific use for the CBD oils, stating only “Helping users’ minds and bodies, JustCBD’s full spectrum CBD tinctures do not get people high. That’s because folks only feel a psychoactive high or “stoned” after consuming TCH from marijuana, rather than hemp based THC.”
I tried the Pineapple Express which also contained some propylene glycol, hemp seed oil and vegetable glycerine. Tasty though a bit sharp; definitely pineapple-y and quite good! I did not use it for vaping though I would assume that the taste would be less sharp and just as pineapple-y. The vape oil cost ranges from $0.07 to 0.20 per mg of CBD and is available in 100, 250, 500 and 1000mg packages. The vape oils are available in several flavors including Pineapple Express (Pineapple), OG (Watermelon),Blue Dream (Blueberry), Cookies, Strawberry Cheesecake, Mango Ice, Blue Razz (Raspberry) and Pina Colada Ice.
The company has added a note stating that their vape oils do not contain Vitamin E acetate, believed by some to increase the risk of vaping related lung illnesses.
I’m not a big fan of protein bars, but both were quite good. Each bar was not too sweet. Both bars contained 4 grams of sugar. with the “smores: bar weighing in at 160 and the peanut butter flavored bar weighing in at 180 calories. The peanut butter had 19 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber while the ‘smores bar had 14 g of protein and 6 g of fiber. Both had a thin dark-chocolate-y coating; an excellent choice! The best thing about these protein bars were they were nice and soft and chewy without being excessively chewy. A very nice way to deliver CBD. The protein bars each cost $5 and the cost is $0.20 per mg of CBD whether you buy them singly or as 12 pack case.
My favorite; cherry especially! There was a “rainbow” of flavors and, over time, I tried each one. Each one was chewy but just chewy enough! Each had its own unique flavor, a very mild aroma and each was mmm-mmm good. I really liked the little jar that the 250 mg gummies came in. It was easy to keep on hand by putting it in a desk drawer or in a purse or briefcase. These gummies contained sugar, but again, they were not too sweet at all; just perfect! There was about 10 mg of CBD per bear.
The cost per mg of CBD ranges from $0.10 to 0.04 for the regular gummies and from $0.10 to 0.06 for the sugar-free gummies. Each flavor is available in different size jars from 250mg to 500mg, 750mg, 1000mg, 3000mg jars. The 3000mg “party pack” offered mixed flavors.
Ok, these might really be my favorites. I tried the diced mango which does happen to be one of my favorite fruits, so the bias is there. You can get the product in 250, 500, 750, 1000 and 3000mg jars. Again, I tried the 250 mg, a nice little jar that is a good size. Now, they REALLY would have been my favorite without the sulfur dioxide and FD&C Yellow #6 for color…hunh? Mangos are yellow anyway! Each piece/chunk contains about 21 mg of CBD although there was a wide range of chunk size, so that amount may be a bit more variable. The fruit selections include Apricots, Apple Slices, Pineapple Chunks, Papaya Chunks, Kiwi Chunks as well as Mango. The cost per mg CBD ranges from $0.01-0.04. Oh,and in the largest size (3000 mg CBD) the package contains a mixture of Pineapple Dried, Papaya Dried, Mango Dried, Apricot, and Raisins.
The CBD infused cream (250 mg in 4 ounces, which works out to about 2 mg/mL, was light and easily absorbed. It only took a few minutes to be totally absorbed. The cream was a bit greasy until then but that is really to be expected. It had a very nice pump that dispenses small portions. This can make it easier to find your most effective dose. The cream is fragrance free and contains the following ingredients: Hemp CBD Extract, Organic Aloe, Leaf Juice, Organic Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Emulsifying Wax, Witch Hazel Water, Vitamin E, Sunflower Seed Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Organic Hemp Seed Oil, Rose Flower Water, Organic Rosemary Leaf Extract, Organic Neem Seed Oil, Organic Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate. The cream comes in two sizes, 100 mg and 250 mg and the cost per mg of CBD is $0.16-0.20. The company also sells a roll-on form of the product in 200 and 350mg of CBD sizes with the cost ranging from $0.15 to 0.19/mg.
