Overall Osiris is a fairly transparent company. They third-party test all of their products for potency and purity, however, many of our products’ reports could not be found on the website. There is some information about their mission and herbalist, but not many details on other aspects such as when they were founded or who the founders are.
All of Osiris’ hemp is non-GMO and grown organically. Their products contain broad-spectrum CBD, but they do not indicate their extraction method. They use all natural and organic ingredients in their formulations. However, they do not give many details about their manufacturing practices or farms on the website.
We reached out to customer service via their instant messaging which was not functional. We then emailed them, but never received a response. Although there are multiple ways to reach out to their customer service, if we cannot get a response within a reasonable timeframe, it is not helpful. They offer free shipping for orders over $25 as well as refunds within 30 days of purchase.
Osiris has a decent product range. They offer tinctures in multiple flavors, softgels, numerous topical and beauty products as well as pet products.

In this video we will unbox products from Osiris. We will be unboxing a tincture, softgels, dog chews, salve stick, and vitamin C face serum. We will discuss shipping methods as well as the CBD type and ingredients of each product.
In our review process, we receive CBD products directly from the brand to personally review ourselves, so we can give you an accurate idea of the packaging, potency, taste, smell, feel, and overall experience of each product. We also discuss the company’s shipping and returns policy.
Another important step we take is reviewing each individual product for details such as the certificate of analysis to assess the CBD level and CBD variance, THC level, and contaminants.
We take all factors into account and give each CBD brand and each CBD product a score for each parameter.
All of the information we collect is generated into a concise, easy to read review and put into our extensive database. Keep in mind, our reviews are never intended to substitute or act as medical advice.
Our database collects key information for each product, including CBD product prices, potencies, third-party lab test results, flavors, additional ingredients, hemp quality, extract types, product variety, and more.
We then use all of this combined data to give each brand and product a standardized rating out of five points.
There are many factors we consider when we review the quality, integrity and products of a CBD brand. We rate each brand on several factors including:
Another way Leafreport stands out from other CBD review websites is our evidence-based market reports. For each one, we purchase different types of CBD products and send them for independent lab testing to check whether their levels of CBD and other cannabinoids match the label.
Writers and editors conduct our reviews and our database on an annual basis but continually make updates throughout the year. We maintain frequent contact with brands and highlight any changes in offerings.
Our review team is made up of a wide chain of qualified CBD review writers, some with medical degrees, some with statistics backgrounds, others with ample experience in the CBD arena. Each and every one of our CBD reviews are approved by our medical reviewer before being published on our website to ensure all information is accurate.
While Leafreport does have partnerships with many of the reviewed brands, we manage potential conflicts of interest by maintaining a wall between our content and business operations. This wall is designed to prevent our writers and the review process from being influenced or impacted by our business partnerships. This way, all reviews can provide an unbiased review that serves the interests of our users.
The creators Osiris founded the company after experiencing the multiple benefits of CBD in their lives, and their families’ lives. Their website does not indicate what year the company was founded. Their focus is on providing high-quality, organically farmed products that exceed the standards of other CBD companies. They are also committed to offering education around CBD to the community and transparency in their products to their customers. Although they have background information about why the company was founded, they do not have any further information about who the founders are. They do have a profile for their herbalist formulator, Violet Rowe, who has 15 years experience in herbal formulation.
Their headquarters are located in Rocky Mount, NC and they can be reached via phone, email, or message box on their contact page. They have a FAQ page that answers questions about CBD and how to use it. Some of the FAQ answers, such as those around shipping and return, have not been completed at the time of writing this review.
Osiris has transparent quality practices. All products are third-party tested for CBD and THC levels, as well as contaminants. The lab reports are available on their website. We assessed two products. First, the CBD Salve Stick. There is a batch number on our products, however it did not match the batch number of the available lab report for this product on the website. We assessed the available lab report which showed there is 258.5mg of CBD per stick which is 8.5mg more than listed and a CBD variance of 3%. This variance is within the acceptable 10%. There was no detectable THC and the sample was tested for and passed for solvents, microbes, heavy metals, and pesticides.
Then we assessed the results for the Vitamin C Facial Oil. There was a batch number on our product, but they had only one report available on their website, which did not match our product. This report showed there is 28.1mg of CBD per bottle, which is 8.1mg more than listed for a CBD variance of 41%. This is well above the acceptable 10% CBD variance. There was no detectable THC and the sample was tested for and passed for solvents, microbes, mycotoxins, and pesticides.
Osiris uses all organic, USA-based farming in the creation of their products. They use proprietary strains of industrial hemp that have been bred to create phytocannabinoid-rich plants. All products are made with all-natural, non-GMO ingredients. The type of CBD in their products is broad-spectrum, which contains several cannabinoids that work synergistically together, terpenes, flavonoids. They do not indicate the type of extraction method they use. Some products undergo nanoemulsion to further its bioavailability. This process breaks the CBD particles into an extremely small particle size, which increases absorption rates by three times, according to their website.
Each batch of Osiris’ products undergo third-party testing for contaminants as well as cannabinoid and terpene levels. Reports are available online for each batch number.

Osiris hasi a daytime or nighttime CBD softgel. Both are made with gelatin, which means they are not vegan-friendly, and the nighttime option includes ingredients that support sleep (melatonin, chamomile). A bottle contains 30 softgels with 27.75mg of broad-spectrum CBD per softgel.
There are a handful of topical CBD products from Osiris. They have a salve, salve stick, vitamin C serum, cream, massage oil, hand cream, face cream, baby balm, tattoo ointment, and relief rub. Our products arrived via USPS priority mail. They were in an Osiris box, which does not mention CBD, but did have the company name. It was not obvious there was CBD inside, therefore the packaging was still discreet. Inside, the products were elegantly placed with shredded brown paper cushioning.
We reached out to customer service via email to ask about their farming and extraction methods. After a week, we did not receive a response. We also tried to use the messaging box on their website, however, we kept getting error messages and the message never sent.
